Rent the entire main floor which also includes our fenced in backyard at a rate of
$35 per hour
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights at a rate of $275 a night
Thursday through Sunday nights and Holidays at a rate of $340 a night
Rates do not include South Dakota sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to your total.
A $50 deposit will be required for all events.
A $100-$200 deposit will be required for overnight stays.
Your deposit will be applied to your event at the time of your rental.
For overnight stays, your full deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your stay with the exception of when damage is found.
Balance will be due on the day of your event or arrival for overnight stay.
You may cancel anytime 60 days prior to the day of your event or stay without charge to you.
In the case of a cancellation after 60 days prior to your event or stay, your deposit will not be refunded.
Younger guests are welcome if accompanied by an adult. You need to be 21 years or older to rent for an overnight stay.

Check in time: 4:00 pm day of arrival
Check out time: 11:00 am day of departure
If we can accommodate you with an earlier check in, we will be glad to do so.
No smoking is allowed inside The Gathering Place and we are sorry, no pets are allowed either.
Please empty the refrigerator of everything you brought into the house.
After events, please follow clean-up instructions posted in the kitchen which include taking out the garbage, filling the dishwasher, and wiping down kitchen counters.
After an overnight stay, we ask you to do the same if you have used the kitchen.
